GPSR is a new regulation established by the European Commission that will serve as the fundamental legal framework for ensuring product safety in the European Union market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will replace the current General Product Safety Directive
and the Food Imitating Product Directive, taking effect from December 13, 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is officially known as Regulation (EU) 2023\/988 and it is applicable all non-food products sold offline and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
